Our Y4 children visited Peterborough Museum this week, and learned about evacuation during WW2. They practised marching as though they were in the Home Guards and looked at how to diffuse a bomb! There was also a presentation about Anglo-Saxons at the Museum. The children then explored Peterborough city centre, imagining what it would have been like in a bombing raid. Everyone loved the trip and learned so much about WW2 and the Anglo-Saxons! #engageandinspire
