As part of their Science Week activities, Y1 children were visited by Mr Wigglesworth, one of our parents, who works for the world’s largest manufacturer of cups. The children were given a virtual tour of the factory, measured differently sized cups using rulers and placed them in ascending size order. The children then designed their own cup template using felt tips which were taken back to the factory to be made into cardboard drinking cups!
